Continue to pray for Rebecca. She is still not able to contact her dad. Phone service is still down and battery power is going fast! Pray that she will be the Heart and Hand of Christ as she works.

Please be respectful of missionary requests...they are there and know what is needed. After 9-11-01 in NYC we got so much stuff we didn't need and it went to waste! You are asking what you can do ... we are going to need Diesel, Water, Food ... things you cannot really easily do. SO - give money. The two organizations Troy and I work with and for both need help and are both reputable. The giant organizations are fine too if that is what you prefer. Money is the number one need (and ability to purchase the supplies) and MEDICAL PERSONNEL. Coming down if you are not willing to risk and get in and clean out horrific wounds would just tax an already taxed place. Medical professionals should contact organizations with the ability to coordinate efforts and try to get here. It won't help to have more non-medical people to feed and house. Becca's Mission to Haiti

Anticipating hearing more about our niece's mission trip to Haiti. She is 15 and chose to go on her own with some folks to work at an Orphanage in Port Au Prince. It is run by Sisters of Charity (Mother Theresa's mission) and from what I have read, it will be a life changing experience.

Pray for Becca as she is down there right now during the devastating earthquake that happened yesterday. We got word that she is ok but that is about all we know right now. She is a spunky girl and I think the Lord will work through her in many ways and change HER life as well! We are very proud of her and look forward to hearing about and seeing what God has done for her.
