Well, another funny site...the other night(Saturday) we went to see The Chronicles of Narnioa(finally!) and before, we decided to stop at a Chinese restaurant....well..we drove up, parked and I looked at this sign and saw......"DRIVE THRU"....okay folks.,..MAYBE drive through StarBucks...but DRIVE THRU CHINESE!! WOWW! Talk about "laziness" ...heehe
Another funny....the other night after doing some errands., we went out to eat with Bev and Jim. Russ had gone to the restroom and when we looked at the door of the Men's restroom...it said on the front(NO joke)......"Men' Restroom and Emergency Exit" Is that not hilarious??? Guess this is the PERFECT restaurant for FIRST DATES(-; To be fair it did say it on the Women's too! But what a sentence!! We need to take a picture and send it to Jay Leno for his "headlines"......
So...we got a car! After Russ got his job(which he had his first day today!)....we found a place that was having a liquidation sale....and ended up getting a 2005 USED Buick Rendezvous! It is gold and just the basics! We found it was a great deal and he got the payments down to where we could afford them....yea God...so we have been roaming around this weekend getting used to it and getting some freedom! WOW!
Little by little things are coming through and we owe it all to the Lord! He is good and his mercies endure forever! Contiune to pray for a PERMANENT job and for the Lord to keep us healthy so we can do what we need to do!
