WOOHOO!

Well, who knows what God has been doing...we decided just to trust HIM even though it has been frustrating and the paranoia of others thinking we were slackers has taken over a couple of times! Oh well...good things come to those who wait! AND, as believers, we know that sometimes God is silent!

Lisa interviewed with the Montgomery Baptist Association and got through the personnel committee hurdle. Now, there will be a called business meeting and then re-appointment through the North American Mission Board. We are looking at moving to Montgomery between the 1st and 15th of August. The position is Church and Community Ministries Director and she will be busy. You can go to the website at www.mgmbaptist.org and look at the list of things she will be overseeing under the CCM list. It will be a BIG challenge but she is up to it!

Russ has already been looking and networking for jobs in Montgomery and we are positive that he will get work.

Apparently, Montgomery has good schools also, so we are pleased with that. They dont start until August 15th so we are really glad we have a little time to find a home.

We also have had fun recently staying with college friends, the Kallies' with their two daughters Rebecca and Jordan. They are teens and are so funny!

This last Monday, we celelbrated my brother in laws 60th birthday at the Olive Garden and we had a blast!

Jason will be attending a Music Day camp this next week. He will learn some basics and we will see if he has the fun we hope he will have!
