Happy Fathers Day Dad from Jason and Steven!
This is a letter Jason wrote to send in to a contest on the local radio station called "Brag on Your Dad" and Jason won about $300 worth of gifts for Russell! It Will make you cry a tear!

Dear Andrew and Pam,
My dad is a very special dad because he adopted me when I needed a home. I came to his and moms home when I was 9 and I couldn't read. Now I read at grade level and made A, B honor roll for the first time in my life in 6th grade. My dad helped me do that. He pushed me when I was lazy. He encouraged me when I thought I couldn't do anything. He believes in me. I have never had that happen before. My dad has cut out a lot in his life to take care of me. I never had a dad that took care of me the way he does. This dad is very nice. My other dad hurt people. I want to be like my dad now. He cares for me and for others. He teaches me about God's love for me and even though I don't understand it all the time, he keeps telling me that God loves me and will take care of me. I am so proud of my dad that when I was adopted, I took his name.

What an amazing and such a heartfelt letter. Man oh man, yes it brought tears to my eyes. I see you have added a dog to the mix now. boy do you all have the patience of saints there. 2 boys 2 cats, and now a puppy. Wow!!! Well I hope that you all survive the heatd summer.. God Bless and what a great job Jason did on your fahes day gift. BY the way did you have any idea that he wrote that letter or wee you surprized?
